From our start in 2015, we have had strong growth, especially in Sweden, and now we are increasing the pace both in Sweden and internationally. We are looking for a Product Owner that will join us on this journey!

About you:

As a Product Owner, you have both strategic and operational responsibility and lead the development of our product with responsibility for Translation. You have a good understanding of agile processes, development and are used to gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions. With a solution-oriented approach, you can think new and innovative with a clear link to our current and future needs.

As you will be in contact with many stakeholders and collaborate with others on a daily basis, it is important that you have a good ability to collaborate and make contacts both internally, and externally with new and existing stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is customer-driven and goal-oriented with a keen interest in digital development.

You have 2 years’ experience in the role of product owner or having worked operationally with product development. You have solid experience as a project manager but have also worked with auditing and improving processes; preferably both on operational delivery as well as on sales aspects.

Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent training/work experience

Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges

The role involves analyzing and evaluating our current translation business and setting the future road map, which we believe will provide access to the markets fastest available human interpreters but also with ability to give customers access to the best machine translations availabe.

While interpretations have been at the core of DigitalTolk's operations, we are now making an ambitious and game-changing move into the area of text translation both to provide high quality, validated services at a faster pace but also ensure a high level of profitability.

• You will guide the development team towards goal-driven development and application operation with continuous fast and sharp deliveries from an impact, cost, time and user perspective
• You will own the full P/L responsibility for the product area: which includes both being responsible for the operational delivery of the customer bookings, but also lead the GTM/sales initiatives and ensuring sales teams are delivering an increase amount of bookings in the area
• Forecasting and follow-up of products/system solutions in your area
• Conduct business development by gathering and understanding needs and translating this into features
• Be responsible for ensuring training both internally and externally of the products within your product area
• Sync product changes with other relevant teams/product areas. Affected teams should be given the opportunity to adapt
